Service My service was performed with no issues. I, however, was not very happy with the fact that my appointment was at 7:30 and the when I arrived every doo My service was performed with no issues. I, however, was not very happy with the fact that my appointment was at 7:30 and the when I arrived every door was locked and it was a good ten minutes before someone came to the door even though several people saw me standing outside the door. This was not a great first impression. I had received 3 emails and two phone calls prior to my appointment reminding me of the 7:30am time so to have arrived on time and been left standing outside really left a bad taste in my mouth. I also was not very impressed with the loaner car I was given, which was in no way comparable to my vehicle. This is the first Audi dealership that gave me a VW as a loaner. It was not a huge deal since it was just a one day service but after having been made to wait it added to my decision to check out other dealerships for future services. More
