Has misled me. fixed none of the issues. And wasted a massive amount of my time. Told me that because they had already made an unsuccessful repair attempt they were fixed none of the issues. And wasted a massive amount of my time. Told me that because they had already made an unsuccessful repair attempt they weren’t willing to trying anything else because Audi would no longer reimburse them for the first attempt. On multiple occasions I was told they would have a loaner. And then showed up for them not to have one. The service manager is being very dishonest with the way he is keeping service records in an attempt to avoid lemon law. More
