usually I am satisfied Usually I have had a good experience, but I was not happy this time. I went into the dealership knowing full well what was wrong with my vehicle. I ha Usually I have had a good experience, but I was not happy this time. I went into the dealership knowing full well what was wrong with my vehicle. I had been having the same problem for over a year, it just got worse at this point. The ignition cylinder had always been loose and you have had to jiggle or lift the key a little to make the car turn off. Clearly it is not an engine problem, the ignition has always been "loose." As my car was running in the lot and I couldn't turn it off, instead of turning the car off and then asking me questions, they of course began asking me how many miles I had on the car. So I told them "My car is still running" and they said "Yes I know." Apparently that is more important than turning off the car first. So while it is still running outside, I was told it wasn't under warranty and I would need an engine diagnostic test for $120. I explained I do not need that, I know what the problem is. They gave me their standard line that they need to make sure they fix it right, etc. and again I said it has absolutely nothing to do with the engine. It is loose and has always been loose. But clearly, until I signed that $120 diagnostic test, they were not going outside to shut my car off. They called me 20 minutes later and told me it was the ignition lock cylinder - big surprise! It gets stuck and they oiled it - big surprise! Now they are going to order the part. I decided to keep my car until then because I've had it the same way for over a year, and of course they told me I could take it but only after I pay the $120 diagnostic test......I feel you dealership used that test just to make $120 and if I would have brought my car in with a flat tire you would have wanted me to pay for that test. I also see it was quite evident as nothing was done about even shutting my car off until you asked about mileage (and of course to see if it was under warranty to see what else you could find to charge for) and I signed paper for the $120 that it isn't about the service, it is about the money. I am very disappointed and will be going elsewhere for my service going forward. More
Top notch service Brought my car in cause I needed I new key fob for my van. Thinking I was going to be paying at least three hundred dollars for a new fob the gentleme Brought my car in cause I needed I new key fob for my van. Thinking I was going to be paying at least three hundred dollars for a new fob the gentlemen from the parts Dept looked on his computer and saw my van had a recall on it and that it was gonna be taken care of for no charge and I would be getting to new fobs for nothing. Then the guys in the service Dept took my van in made sure I had a ride and took good care of me and had my van done in a few hours and to boot they washed it to. This is what customer service is should be and they do it to the fullest. the thing about this is I didn't even buy the can from them and they treated me like I've been going to them for years that's a great business right there they gained a new customer with there great service More

High Expectations This was my first experience with Audi overall... I was dealing with Ryan Loura at Mattie Imports during the whole process. He was very customer frien This was my first experience with Audi overall... I was dealing with Ryan Loura at Mattie Imports during the whole process. He was very customer friendly and answered several of my questions. We actually were working on this deal for two weeks and the more I dealt with Ryan the more comfortable I felt about purchasing an Audi.
