Paul, my service advisor, called ahead to confirm authorization of the work even though I had signed an authorization form at the time of drop-off. He was concerned that some folks don't realize the significant amount of work involved in a 60,000 mile service cycle, so he called to be sure I understood the scope of work and the estimated cost. Super friendly service. I love my Audi and I want to take care of it. I go to Matti for routine check ups. They checked my car, did my oil change, cleaned everything, topped I love my Audi and I want to take care of it. I go to Matti for routine check ups. I was slightly disappointed that I couldn't get my inspection sticker done there while I had my oil change done though.... now I have to go to some Jiffy Lube or something, oh well. More
