He was very patient and showed a willingness to help me understand and get to the bottom of our confusion. The service went smoothly and they were able to fix both of my faults under warranty. Quick, simple, easy Brought my Audi in for a software update. The literature and the Service manager said it would take 1 hour and it did indeed take only an hour... So a Brought my Audi in for a software update. The literature and the Service manager said it would take 1 hour and it did indeed take only an hour... So after an hour I was back at the counter, ready to get my car... At this point they asked if they could take just 10 to 15 more minutes... I asked why -- thinking they weren't done yet -- so he pointed thru the window to my car and said they'd like to wash it and clean the mats! Takes about 10 to 15 minutes! I said SURE! Left with BOTH the updated Audi software and a clean Q5! Cheers! More
