They gave me a good price on a brake job, did the work quickly, and returned my car washed and vacuumed. There was a personal note in the car from the service manager, and I received a follow-up email asking if everything was done to my satisfaction. No one pushed a review on me, which is something that BMW annoys you about after their service. I recommend Mattie highly. More

Great service at Mattie I love VW's. My first car (1970) was a brand new VW bug. So you know how partial I am. Currently I am leasing a sweet Tiguan that had some issue with I love VW's. Ignore those flashy big dealers! Mattie is better! I bought my car from Metro in 2015 and when they were bought by Mastria I brought my car for warranty work on my window switch and my first oil change I bought my car from Metro in 2015 and when they were bought by Mastria I brought my car for warranty work on my window switch and my first oil change. Not only were they just rude, replaced my plate frames, but they left my car worse than before. I needed an oil change and my airbag light fixed and decided to give Mattie Imports a try. What an absolute pleasure their service and parts department was. They answered my questions, they serviced my car in a timely manner, and did a great courtesy car wash.
