Unexceptable wait time I brought my car in for its 40000 mile service. Was told it would take 3hours. It took 6. I called mattie's at 1:20 my car was not ready but would be I brought my car in for its 40000 mile service. Was told it would take 3hours. It took 6. I called mattie's at 1:20 my car was not ready but would be another 45 minutes. I ended up going to Mattie at 2:30 and waited another 1/2 hour before the car was done and I could leave. This was totally unexceptable No one called to let me know about the delay. Also an inconvenience to me I had other appts that i had to cancel because I did not have my car back in the time I was promised. I have purchased and serviced cars in the past from Mattie. I'd I do in the future this better not happen again More

I contacted Mattie about a certified 2016 Passat they had for sale on a Sunday when they were closed. Brian, the general manager, got back to me within less than half an hour. All of the communications were quick and effortless. We agreed on a sale price by mid-week and I bought and drove the car home on the same day. In particular, Brian Farrington, the general manager, and Chris Sigman were super helpful. They insisted that I call them for any reason. In fact, I did bring the Passat back for a couple of small things to be checked out. Again, they made the process effortless, with a loaner overnight. Great dealership, great service, extremely responsive. Bravo. More

The first dealership I have dealt with that actually calls you when your car is ready to pick up, as asked, and offers a shuttle service which enabled me to return home to wait for my car to be ready. Always Great Service I had a Warning Light/Notification on my new Audi A3, that there was a problem with the Audi Pre-sense system. Of course I did not know what this me I had a Warning Light/Notification on my new Audi A3, that there was a problem with the Audi Pre-sense system. Of course I did not know what this meant--the owners manual was not really much of a help. But Mattie's service department took care of it. Ray explained the problem and the solution and I was happily on my way. I have had several car leases in a row here, and would not go anywhere else before coming here first! Thanks to all! More
Exceptional service for an unscheduled visit I had driven from Florida after having the car serviced at my local dealership only to find that work that should have been done (and which I paid for I had driven from Florida after having the car serviced at my local dealership only to find that work that should have been done (and which I paid for) was NOT done, as pointed out to me by John Oliviera (no coolant). As part of the service, they also detected that the sway arms/bars were about to give (no mention of this issue even though I had a "multi-point inspection" at the dealer before leaving Florida!), The fact that such a safety issue was overlooked is very disturbing but I am very thankful that the Mattie mechanical team took the time to fully inspect my car, More
