The staff at Mattie’s are always very wonderful and knowledgeable. I went in for an oil change but also had a few other problems with my car. The staff answered all of my questions even if it wasn’t wh knowledgeable. I went in for an oil change but also had a few other problems with my car. The staff answered all of my questions even if it wasn’t what I wanted it to hear (money wise). I gave a 4/5 only because I never heard back from anyone when my car was finished. My appointment was for 9:15 and I was told that it would have have been ready at 12. At 1:30 when I hadn’t heard any news of my car I contacted Mattie’s and was then told my car was already done. Otherwise great experience! More
