First i like to Thank You for take time out of your day to fill out Vw survey as your feed back is important to us. during the write up process the advisor will always go over customer needs or concerns for service appointments as sometimes customer either have concern that may not need to be addressed or new items or issue that may have comes up after the appointment has been made . and we go over all customer concern at write up that they like to address them during service visit. and once in shop tech would also do multiple point inspection and advise on any items that may be of concern at later date and get Estimates cost of repairs Sorry that we didnt meet your expectations if there is any other issue that may come up please feel free to contact me phone call 508.638.5555 or email ray.massey@mattieimports.com Thank You for you time Ray

After dropping my car off for a manufacturers repair (engine), it now has issues that it did not before. My car shakes violently when driving now, and it makes a noise when I turn the wheel. Why would my tire rod end/steering have issues when I dropped my car off for work specifically on only the engine? Now I’m hoping my new issue isn’t worth thousands of dollars.

First i like to Thank You for take time out of your day to fill out Vw survey as your feed back is important to us. i know we have vehicle is shop for emission repair for TDI for Check engine, DPF and we repaired under warranty guidelines but Ps tie-rod issue and brake rotors and some other maintenance items was there prior to vehicle coming into the shop i know you said that you have a regular shop normally fix your car.
