my audi a4 needed breaks and an epc error. I called a week in advance with an appointment set up. I had to tow it from bristol as im in college student at rwu, I had it dropped off on Wednesda I called a week in advance with an appointment set up. I had to tow it from bristol as im in college student at rwu, I had it dropped off on Wednesday, after receiving no call regarding if they even got it from usaa . I called for an update the following day on when they might start the service, but was told they are "backed up". If you are backed up then you should not book appointments, or take them in either. As it is frustrating to have no idea when your car will be done or if they even started it. I was told on the phone they would look at it late friday. It is now Sunday 4, days later and I am not confident they will even look at it monday morning. As i haven’t even gotten a diagnostic after all this time. NO calls from them, i had to blow their phone lines up. I will be towing to another dealership and have no plans of ever doing service here again. As this is the most unprofessional, inexcusable, dealership experience I have ever endured. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY OTHER AUDI DEALERSHIP!! More
