service department, i am not sure they can fix any major issues with Audi car. they done something to my car when they kept car for two week to fix engine issues. they end up with calling Audi engineers . t issues with Audi car. they done something to my car when they kept car for two week to fix engine issues. they end up with calling Audi engineers . they replaced so many parts inside the engine, since then my car is loosing engine oil. they cant find where the oil is going. the only thing that i know that the car is loosing oil. i took it over there at least 4 times, finely they are saying that oil consumption is normal. when you are loosing the whole oil in 2 to 3 week, how can it be normal consumption. i am not sure what to do. no help from Audi or Audi exchange. Audi exchange service department done something wrong when they fixed my car engine. NOW THEY DO NOT WANT TO ADMIT AND FIX THE ISSUE. More

I have to rewrite my review. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone to purchase a vehicle. I bought my vehicle from Stefan a while back thinking I was getting a great deal but oh was I wrong. S establishment to anyone to purchase a vehicle. I bought my vehicle from Stefan a while back thinking I was getting a great deal but oh was I wrong. Stefan sold me a certified used vehicle that was used for a LEASE. When it came to asking the question of if there was any damage done to the vehicle or anything they told me no it never had an accident, no damages nothing. I believed them. Come to find out my bumper was painted, a friend of mine who works with cars showed me how under my car they left paint behind, and recently my one side you can see exactly where the damage was done and how they tried to cover it up. Same with the door damage which is located on the same side of the bumper problem. The clear coat is coming off, that it was repainted as well. If i could attach photos I would! To lie to my face as a customer is an insult to think you can play with someone’s money like that. I am currently looking to upgrade to A larger vehicle, 2020 q7 to be exact, and was supposed to come back here to trade it in but that’s definitely not happening. Shame on you Audi Exchange hopefully Audi Westmont will be more trustworthy than you. If I could rate you a 0 I would. More

I was looking at many of the reviews written here and majority of it is about how much they loved their car, so am I. I really love my new e-tron. What the review I want give here is my experience with the dealer. I had an Audi A6 , which I wanted to exchange to an etron 2019. In the month July 2020 Audi ran a promotional offer on e-tron lease which is 2499 down and 579 monthly. On top of that being an existing Audi owner you would get a loyalty discount of 2000$. We visited Audi exchange highland park on July 18th Saturday as we heard that they lot more inventories when compared to other dealers around Chicagoland. We liked one car and went ahead to a discussion trade off deal. They honored our old car for 20000$ and we had about 3500$ left to pay off on the car. We owed them 8581.73 which includes 3500 pay off 2499 and taxes /other fees also honoring 2000 loyalty benefits. They should write us back a check of 11380.. since it was late they told us we will send you a check early next week. Two weeks later I’m getting a check for 7894/- which is definitely not what I was expecting instead 3500/- less. I sensed that they doubled the payoff money and deducted it again. I called the dealer multiple times none were able to explain the math properly. I said I’ll come by on Saturday which is today August 1 and someone has to explain the math properly to me. We were starting to feel that we were cheated. Raluca was the finance manager and we waited there about 45 mts to see her. She was not able to explain the properly and the sales man we worked with was Scott Okamura , he understood that the payoff money was double counted. Then we were directed to General Sales Manager , Mike Nemeth to explain us what really happened The moment we walked into his cabin, he was telling “ its a Saturday afternoon, we are so busy, all I want to tell you is you are not getting a dime more from this “. We felt extremely insulted and as a customer if their premium product line we deserve atleast the time to explain what the deal was. My husband told him we are loyal customers of Audi and there are other Audi dealers there too. We will escalate this. He was like I don’t have to explain anything to you I understand this and you are not getting a dime more. I was like I don’t really care whether it’s Saturday or Sunday I deserve your time and help me understand how you get to 7894. He kept repeating the same statement that he doesn’t need to explain me. He goes “ I understand the calculation you may not understand and I don’t have time to explain you this”. We told him we did not see you while we were closing the deal, his answer to that was hilarious “ not everyone gets to see me “. I wanted to escalate this issue and asked for the owner. He said owner does t come here. I’m running this “. I walked out telling him that he will definitely receive a review on this , behaving to customer like this telling me that I don’t deserve to understand the deal. I would never ever do business with this guys anymore. Big time cheaters they do not honor the deals they advertise and when they were asked to explain the math properly since they couldn’t explain it sensibly it’s easy to misbehave to a customer. I’ll definitely escalate the issue to Audi US and general manager to all possible avenues. More

Let me start by saying, I pretty much never leave reviews, but this one is beyond deserved. My 2018 Q3 lease was ending and I was in the market for the 2020 Q3. I visited multiple Audi dealerships in the suburbs over the past week and had less than favorable experiences (employees not wearing masks during COVID-19 when masks are legally required, blaring music throughout the dealership making it impossible to think or comfortably communicate, rude and pushy sales staff, etc.). I live near the Audi Exchange, so I decided to see whether they could offer me a deal within my price range. From beginning to end, I had a very positive experience. I did not expect to go home with a new car today, but I did thanks to the amazing staff and environment! When I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I worked with Kris and Vic, who were honest, personable, accommodating, and efficient. I never felt like I was being cheated or pushed into making any decisions. The finance manager, Dan, was also very friendly and made the paperwork process not the least bit stressful, confusing, or overwhelming. Overall, everyone was professional and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I am so happy that I chose the Audi Exchange as the dealership to give my business to and will stick with them for as long as I lease or buy Audi vehicles! More
