Exceptional price for the service my 2020 S5 Sportback Prestige needed out of warranty. The reason I go to this dealership is due to them not price gouging unlike other Audi dealerships in the area. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. Keep in mind that I live in Naperville and Napleton Audi is much closer to my home, however I prefer to drive a few extra miles to St. Charles because I feel that the service provided is far superior. I can not say enough about Audi Exchange in St. Charles. I will use this dealership for as long as I own an Audi. Thank you again to Jason and his team for taking great care of my A4. More
