Avoid Audi/Kirkwood like a person that has the Ebola Virus Audi Kirkwood purchased a 2016 A6 for me as a dealer trade since they didn't have a new car in stock that met my criteria. . Moving forward, I remitt Audi Kirkwood purchased a 2016 A6 for me as a dealer trade since they didn't have a new car in stock that met my criteria. . Moving forward, I remitted a $10,000.00 down payment to Audi Kirkwood so they could secure my signature on the deal, then secure and transport the car to STL. The dealer trade car arrived at Audi Kirkwood with many interior/exterior defects. Obviously, they aren't smart enough, nor do they care enough, to implement a quality control program within their organization when they physically receive a dealer traded new car at their dealership. Apparently the management at Audi Kirkwood didn't have a clue as to the condition of the car when it arrived from the out of state dealer. At a later date, I found out the car was a dealer show car and had been driven to numerous outside public sales events (i.e.) convention centers, shopping centers by the original dealer for public showcasing and exhibitions. The fact that the car was used as an exhibition car was not disclosed to me prior to my purchasing the vehicle. Had they been honest with me I would have told them to take and stuff the deal where the sun doesn't shine. Therein lies the dishonesty. After a few days passed, Audi Kirkwood then attempted to deliver the car to me at their dealership. Upon my initial delivery inspection I discovered that some of the interior components had suffered damage from being an exhibition car in that the interior had deep scrapes/gouges in several areas that surrounded the interior door panels, the drivers side black plastic bottom seat dust covers, the interior wood walnut inlay illustrated scratches, the drivers side bottom leather seat cushion had spots of silver paint and the entire exterior paint application on the car was covered in a foreign substance that had to be buffed out by a local outside car detailing company. I might add that I had to push the dealer into performing these repairs. One would think that a new (or so I thought new) $67,000.00 plus A 6 would have been thoroughly inspected by the dealer prior to delivery and these issues would have been discovered and corrected prior to the customer delivery. NOT SO! With out boring all of you with the many negative details that surround this debacle, I'll leave any potential new Audi car buyer and or any potential used car buyer that may be inclined to visit this dealership with the following advice and or comments. Think twice prior to conducting business with Audi Kirkwood. In my opinion, management isn't forthright nor are they transparent or honest with their customers . The sales personal are very polite but are extensively micro managed. When you encounter an impasse pertaining to a problem, the dealership's true colors and low life culture will rear its ugly head! You'll discover a dealership that is weak in responding to customer complaints and above all, you'll experience unparalleled arrogance on the behalf of Audi Kirkwood management. They place the responsibility on the purchaser to locate the flaws or damages that exist on the newly purchased auto instead having their staff perform the pre delivery inspections, then correct the defects willingly prior to the delivery. I'm thinking that this uncaring and unprofessional process is a common place company policy regarding any new or used car delivery and that this operational policy saves Audi Kirkwood plenty of money if the customer doesn't catch the problem prior to taking delivery of the car. Trust me with my statement in that they won't correct the defect/problem once you have taken delivery of the vehicle and you have driven the vehicle off the lot. In the event you have overlooked or experience an existing breakdown or problem needing attention soon after delivery, then request that the dealer repair the problem, management will accuse you of causing the issue or the problem was created while the car was under your possession. Audi Kirk wood is all about their bottom line and the dollars that are deposited into their bank account regarding the deal. Existing dealer ship management could care less about giving a buyer a luxury car buying experience when purchasing a new luxury car. I'm sure my previous comment indicating lack of caring and honesty would apply to a used car buyer or potential used car buyer as well. Bottom line is that the dealer attempted to deliver the car to me six times. I refused the delivery six times since there were still existing flaws in the car each and every time they attempted to make the final deliver to me. On the seventh delivery attempt I finally took the path of least resistance and I finally accepted the car. I was just completely fed up with managements weak excuses as to why they couldn't get the car right. By the way Audi Kirkwood racked up a grand total of 671 miles to correct some of the needed repairs on the car when I finally accepted delivery of the auto. Do yourself a monumental favor; don't get duped ; avoid purchasing a new or used vehicle from Audi Kirkwood as their low life management culture leaves a lot to be desired. The existing culture within the dealership management is grossly pathetic ; seriously, as I stated earlier, avoid this dealership and their management like you would avoid a person with the "Ebola Virus"! I purchased the (special) coolant and notified the manager. They didn't care, didn't even pay me for the coolant. I guess buying a CPO Audi here doesn't get you a car that has been checked out at all, or even a full tank of gas. So much for the 300+ point inspection. More

Just lay out the whole story. Say that you would never recommend using them to anyone and that you will be letting your family/friends know not to ever give them their business. More

Deal for New Audi A6 I dealt with Kirk Moore at Parktown Imports for the purchase of a 2015 Audi A6. Most of the dealings I had were over the phone and internet since we I dealt with Kirk Moore at Parktown Imports for the purchase of a 2015 Audi A6. Most of the dealings I had were over the phone and internet since we live a good distance from St. Louis. This was one of the easiest car purchase transactions I have ever participated in. Everything Kirk promised me on the phone was carried thru in the actual purchase. Kirk was upfront about pricing for the new car and for my trade in. Every aspect of this transaction was handled in a friendly professional manner. Kirk went out of his way to make me and my wife feel welcome and appreciated.
