I brought my car to Audi Englewood for body repairs on my new Audi after someone had hit the rear quarter panel of my car. The entire service department was very helpful and polite. I have been paying for regular service and maintenance at Town Audi for close to 7 years. Proper diagnosis of mechanical/electrical issues and availability/cleanliness of loaner cars (scheduled weeks in adva Town Audi for close to 7 years. Proper diagnosis of mechanical/electrical issues and availability/cleanliness of loaner cars (scheduled weeks in advance) are my two key variables in choosing where to take my car, and Town Audi has gone through periods of good service and periods of bad service. Unfortunately right now feels like a time of bad service. This past week, I brought my car in for service and tire rotation/alignment and scheduled a loaner vehicle three weeks in advance. The loaner vehicle was dirty and full of the last customer’s trash when I received it, and there were no other cars available to switch into. After working on the tires for half of the service, my tires were low on pressure the next day. You’d think the technicians would fill the tires to proper pressure as a courtesy when they do a huge annual service and tire work, but they didn’t. 6 months ago, I brought my car in for oil consumption issues. First appointment, they said my oil separator had failed and required a pricey replacement. A week later the light came back on, and the service advisor told me it was my fault for adding too much oil (which I hadn’t done since the repair). I had to come back in to change the oil sensor. After it was changed, the oil light came on again and I had no choice but to bring the car back in again to change a hood latch which is apparently a common failure point for the oil reading. You’d think they would’ve checked all three points of failure before telling the car was finished the first time around, but instead, I had to come in on three separate occasions. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star, and have chosen to use time in the day to write this review is because the service advisors are good people who are responsive and helpful. More

From the get go Howard was on point and a pleasure to work with. We agreed upon a price and scheduled for pickup next day, after a test drive and walk around I pointed out a few things and immediately Howard told me he'll have the detail guy take care of it and it was delivered to my home when it done.
