I purchased a car with Arun in the past and was happy to work with him again. My experience with Arun and Town Audi was excellent, they were all professional and I will go back to them when I am ready fo work with him again. I met with Arun on 2/6/10 at 2:30, he was able to take me out on a drive, locate a car and give me the right price all before 5pm. I have been researching the car for some time and knew that the deal I was getting was the best I'd find. I left after leaving a deposit and was told he'd let me know by Monday whether he'd be able to trade another dealership to get my car. I got a call by Monday, 2/8/10, afternoon, he confirmed he would be able to get the car, he said I'd have it by the next day. Tuesday, he called as he personally drove 30 miles to get my car from the other dealer. I came home from work and he came to pick me up from my home and brought me to the dealer to finish up the paperwork. In less than an hour, I was driving away in my new S4. In total, I spent about 3 hours on the entire process and it was painless and all worth it. It was the perfect car buying experience. I got exactly what I wanted for a price I knew was unbeatable. No matter what he was doing, he would stop and help you out, and he was the manager, it shows they pay attention to their customers. George is the name of the sales representitive, i would recommend. He was very knowledgeble and helpfull. And everytime I bring in my car for service, I always handle my business with Jasmine, shes very good at her job, and will be on top of things, when you need them to get done. I have to say, their new facility, and their staff are trully great. would recommend them to anyone. I guess thats whay I have bought from them a Q5, and a A5, and hopefully more in the future. More

I have not worked with the parts or the service department but I can say that the Sales Department lacks any semblance of integrity. They essentially stole my deposit on a new car. I even contacted the Sales manager, John Kunz, to complain about the situation only to get no response or followup whatsoever. Seems like my issue has "conveniently" fallen through the cracks straight into their bank account. Do not shop here!! These guys are crooks!! More

After doing considerable research, my wife and I decided to get a certified pre-owned A4. We're about halfway between Jack Daniels and Town Motor. We had already decided the price range we would be looking in, and picked out 4 good candidates. When I arrived at the dealership, I went to Eddie Lopez, as I had spoken to him on the telephone. He immediately took me for a test drive in a 2007 2.0T, no waiting. After we returned from that, he showed me some more vehicles, one of which was a nice Deep Sea Blue Pearl Effect with a 3.2L V6. I had read of some problems with the turbo engines, and figured it would be good to try out the V6. After a short test drive, I knew this was our car. The price was a bit more than we wanted to spend, but this was the car I wanted, and it had only 20K miles on it. Anyway, they gave us a good deal and acted honorably. Eddie even delivered the papers we had to sign and delivered the car to our home the next day. He was a true gentleman. More
