This dealership, like others, buys leftover used cars from the surrounding area (Ramsey), so be careful if you notice a car with those "stickers". They let cars sit in their lots for a while, so make sur from the surrounding area (Ramsey), so be careful if you notice a car with those "stickers". They let cars sit in their lots for a while, so make sure you get them Certified so Town will fix the problems. They are very concerned with bad customer surveys, in fact challenging or confronting you if you call back for anything eles...but be honest. I have had to bring back the car twice, and now will be going to another dealer to get the work done correctly. More
I was shopping for a new car (AUDI )...I was in the showroom and was amazed how the sales manager (small little guy by the name of Emilio),( maybe he has a complex!).....berated a salesperson on the sh showroom and was amazed how the sales manager (small little guy by the name of Emilio),( maybe he has a complex!).....berated a salesperson on the showroom floor......it was very embarrassing to me and everyone else that heard it.......he talked down, to the person, almost to the point of belittling and making the salesperson look and feel like an idiot. All over something to do with email. At a normal company, the sales manager would of been written up and would of been counceled on how to talk to people....<br>In any event, I got a price, but would never go back..... More
i got certified pre-owned audi a6 4.2 liters from them. they coated me a price on the phone and when i decided to get the car increased it by $1000. I thought that i may have misheard him but got it anyway they coated me a price on the phone and when i decided to get the car increased it by $1000. I thought that i may have misheard him but got it anyway. The car started vibrating badly from the day i got it so it took it to another audi dealer who told me that the tyres were worn out(audi certified car according to website is supposed to have tires with at least 40% thread on them) so when i took it to them they told me that the rims were bent but the tires were ok. The other audi dealer also said that there was a transmission oil leak which they deanied. this all happened in 10 days after i got the car. When i took it to the salesman he told me that I had bent the rims after driving but the thing is there was a brand new spare tire which had not yet been put on the road but had bent rims.also few minor electrical like window lock not working. memory seats not working etc which were unrectified even after telling the service people. i have called audi custmor service and they are looking inot the matter. if anyone else has problems like this you could go to the attorney generals for new jersey. if they have enough complaints about the dealer they make take soem corrective action More
Why was I told when I purchased my Audi that all service was included for free.....I bring in my car for service request the free oil change etc....and they try to sell me all sorts of other sercice. It's was included for free.....I bring in my car for service request the free oil change etc....and they try to sell me all sorts of other sercice. It's very obvious that the people behind the counter work on commission! Also, many other websites are stating that this dealer has all sorts of customers service related law suits pending. It's pretty bad customers sue a dealer, but when emplyees sue...well, that tells you someting.....The dealer himself is never available.... I brought my car to another Audi ...and it was the total opposite.. They welcomed me, and advised me what they were going to do for free......very very refreshing....... More

I was greeted when I first walked in by the receptionist with a friendly hello. I was directed to the Porsche area where I met Gary. we discussed a Cayenne lease. After 45 minutes of showing me the car, with a friendly hello. I was directed to the Porsche area where I met Gary. we discussed a Cayenne lease. After 45 minutes of showing me the car, he opened me at $730 per month on a lease with no money down, basically $1,000 off list. Within 15 minutes the price had dropped to $659 and the final number walking out the door was $629. This translates to about $4,200 off the sticker. I will probably buy the vehicle from this dealership as the owner seems to be very involved in the day to day running of the place and the salesmen seem well informed. They know the product and once they see that you have some knowledge, they quickly will work with you on a fair price. More
