Town Audi (especially Miguel Santos) made it nearly as easy as walking into my local dealer. I found the car I was looking for on the Certified Pre-Owned link on Audi's website. I am in Cincinnati, Ohio. I called Town Audi and spoke with Miguel Santos, who was courteous, accommodating and patient, not only with my numerous inquiries about the vehicle, but my questions about the on-line purchase process as well. Miguel said the car was excellent but I fully expected there to be a few dings or scratches on a used vehicle. But when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised because it was absolutely flawless. Miguel did not exaggerate or oversell the vehicle. Town Audi took care of everything including Ohio State taxes, Ohio registration and inspection. It was all completely transparent to me, and did not require one single trip to the DMV. I financed the vehicle locally and sent a cashier's check to Town Audi, but Miguel did offer to help finance the vehicle as well. Bottom-line, if you are dealing with a reputable salesperson like Miguel, and dealership like Town Audi, purchasing an expensive German automobile can be a completely realistic and even pleasant on-line purchasing experience. I highly recommend Town Audi and Miguel Santos. Guys...kepp up the good work! By the way I love my Q5. More
I just purchased a CPO Audi A4 from Town Audi. Vernedra Williams and the entire team at Town Audi were top-notch from start to finish: professional, friendly, informative, flexible. Never felt high-pressu Williams and the entire team at Town Audi were top-notch from start to finish: professional, friendly, informative, flexible. Never felt high-pressured. Vernedra was also helpful in recommending auto insurance options, and was very responsive to all questions along the way, even after-hours. Also, we had agreed that the service area would touch up a couple of very minor "dings" on the hood prior to my pick-up. Not only were those taken care of beautifully, but they also took care of a somewhat deeper scratch on the door (something we hadn't agreed on initially). I'd be happy to recommend the friendly folks at Town Audi -- particulary Vernedra, who is an absolute delight. More

As we strolled through the showroom, no one approached us for a long while before a salesman came over. Infact, some just took a quick look and turned around. I felt like it was the same treatment I get when I walk in a rich boutique store shopping. When I was not dressed and appeared rich I do not get any assistance and when I do dress ,appearing rich the salesman are very attentive. In addition, I was offended by a salesman (M.S.) when after only meeting him for 5 minutes insinuated that an order will not go through due to credit. This was tasteless and rude. So instead , I ended up forgetting about an Audi and went to volvo dealerships and finally purchased my car in 4 days. My suggestion is not to judge a book by it's cover. Please treat everyone equally. More
I recently purchased an Audi A7 from this dealer. The only great thing about this experience was the price, the customer service, complete lack of communication between the sales and service department a only great thing about this experience was the price, the customer service, complete lack of communication between the sales and service department and the overall treatment were unacceptable. I guess I had to be treated this way because they didn't make as much money on the car as they anticipated. My salesman was a high pressure salesman, friendly when I first visited the showroom in a very phony and superficial way, and I have been back to the dealership at least 4 times since my purchase and he hasn't even acknowledged me! He never called nor e-mailed me after the purchase to see if I was enjoying my new car. Great follow up huh! I guess he isn't looking for repeat business or referrals from me. After he made the sale he totally wrote me off! I absolutely love the car, but would never purchase from this dealer again. More
I went with my cousin to buy an Audi A4 and we went to Town Audi located in Englewood. I hate dealing with car salesmen but I came across Arun Nebhnani who was very friendly and wanted to make sure we cam Town Audi located in Englewood. I hate dealing with car salesmen but I came across Arun Nebhnani who was very friendly and wanted to make sure we came out happy whether we bought a car or not. Needless to say my cousin bought a 2012 Audi A4 with the style package. First off the car is amazing. It's a 4 cylinder turbocharged engine and it has a lot of power. It's very fun to drive especially in "S" mode. Arun gave us a great offer and made a great cappuccino. He also went through ever feature in the car, so we came out of the dealership with a very comfortable knowledge of what the car can do. If you are in the market for a top tier car with great handling and style go to Town Audi and ask for Arun Nebhnani. First class service all the way. More
Me and my wife where looking for a certified 2008 Audi Q7 with a few options and a specific color for a while and I called Town Audi to ask some questions about a Q7 they had in stock. Arun Nebhnani was our with a few options and a specific color for a while and I called Town Audi to ask some questions about a Q7 they had in stock. Arun Nebhnani was our contact and he was really friendly towards us and gave us all the information that we needed. Turns out that this Q7 did not had the options that we wanted but later during the week, I received a call from Arun Nebhnani (Town Audi) saying that they just received one like the one i am looking for. We worked our deal through the phone and later we took a 4 hour trip from MD to NJ to see the SUV. Turns out that the SUV was in pretty good condition but had some minor things that we needed to get fixed. Since we where from far away, they gave us a few options for us to decide what to do. We bought the car and left it in NJ so they can correct these things. Arun drove the car a week after to our house in MD (4hrs away). All the staff was friendly, specially Arun Nebhnani and his manager Anthony Riccardi and I didn't feel any pressure at all. They also lowered our already approved financing rate. Overall I think that this dealer is very professional and will put you in the right direction. Thanks alot to Arun Nebhnani, Anthony Riccardi and Robert Donnoli (specially for the bad jokes lol) More

This was hands-down the very worst car-buying experience I have ever had (and I have bought or leased 6 cars in 15 years). I bought a CPO-d Audi A5 from Town in December. The price was great, but I would h I have ever had (and I have bought or leased 6 cars in 15 years). I bought a CPO-d Audi A5 from Town in December. The price was great, but I would have gladly paid more to have had a more positive experience both with the dealership and with the car itself. Here's what went wrong: 1. The salesman was crass and unprofessional. I was left to sit in the showroom for nearly 6 hours while he "negotiated" the deal with his finance manager. During that time, nobody even offered me a bottle of water. The worst part was that four or five salesman gathered around the finance manager's desk as they reviewed my credit application, which contained personal information. I think Kia dealers are more professional. The whole place had a "boiler room" mentality and appearance, with all of the sales team's desks lined up on top of each other. They screamed across the showroom to each other like some sort of really tragic frat bros. These guys are clowns. 2. I sat there all day and when it came time to deliver my car, my salesman had another delivery scheduled. He essentially handed me the keys and said "thanks". No walk-through, etc. He could have had another salesman help me out. 3. The worst was yet to come. I did my research and realized that many 2008/2009 A5s had a vibration issue caused by the control arms in the suspension. Before I drove 2 hours to the dealership, I asked my salesman to take a ride in the car to confirm that there was no 60mph vibration. He assured me that he did so and that there was no vibration. When I came up to test drive the car, the heavy NJ traffic prohibited me from reaching 60mph for long enough to confirm this, but everything seemed fine. Sure enough, the first time I hit open highway on the way home the vibration revealed itself. This is a known issue in these cars and there is a service bulletin for the repair, but it requires multiple trips to the dealership before they replace the control arms. So, it began. 4. I took the car to my local dealer and they charged me $200 for road force balance. I emailed my salesman about my troubles and got no response. Eventually, my local dealer agreed to fix the vibration issue. This required two trips to get it resolved. 5. It gets worse. Two weeks later, I got a flat tire. When I took the car in for a new tire (the car only comes with a donut), a closer look at the wheel revealed a 4 inch patch where the wheel had been repaired. The car was certified with this damaged wheel. My local dealer said that the wheel was so pairly repaired that it caused a slow leek, leading to my flat. Since this wasn't covered by warranty, I had to pay nearly $1500 for a new wheel and a new tire. I was furious and called Town Audi - they said there was nothing they could do without me bringing the car to them. However, I couldn't drive that far/at prolonged highway speeds on a donut. Town at first offered to send a flat bed to tow me, but then retracted the offer. They were extremely unpleasant. Having no choice, I escalated this issue to Audi Corporate and after three weeks of phone calls and emails, they finally agreed that Town should never have certified the car with the damaged wheel. There was more drama in my first 60 days of ownership than I have ever had with any other car - ever. I really don't blame the car - I blame Town Motors. If they had properly checked the car over before certifying it, they would have fixed both the vibration and replaced the wheel before those issues became my problem to deal with. As a result of their incompetence (and terrible attitude start to finish), I wasted days/weeks of my time dealing with this. My car was recently demolished by a car that ran a red light. I was uninjured and the car was totaled. I was not sad to see it go. I leased a new G37 at Infiniti of Ardmore and am very pleased with the car and with the dealer (see my review). DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID - AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! More
Miguel and the team at Town Audi conducted themselves with integrity, genuine enthusiasm, and expertise from my first call through to receipt of my RS4's registration back in my home state. Visiting fro with integrity, genuine enthusiasm, and expertise from my first call through to receipt of my RS4's registration back in my home state. Visiting from Washington D.C. to shop for RS4s in tri-state area, Miguel and Town Audi stood head and shoulders above all of the other dealers in their professionalism, forthright manner, and willingness to support me and my RS4 well beyond the point of sale. Truly each person at the dealership with whom I delt - management, sales, service, finance, and reception - defined what the auto buying experience should be. More
