I conducted an elaborate search for a 2 or 3 year old Audi 4 using various internet searches. I live in Northern NJ and many of the Audi 4 vehicles that fit my description of 2010 or 2011, under 30,000 Audi 4 using various internet searches. In my view that indicated the dealership looked for vehicles that were slightly used (either off lease or trade-in) that offered customers certified vehicles with very little ware and tare. I found a vehicle that matched my description and clicked on the e-price on Town Audi's website. I received a call from Michael Condosta and we initially discussed the vehicle and when I may be able to stop in. I set up an appointment for Thursday that week and met with Michael. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning until the end. Between Thursday and Saturday we discussed the vehicle and moved to another vehicle while working within my budget to make the deal happen. I drove of the lot Saturday afternoon very happy with the entire process and most importantly my vehicle. I brought my wife in on Saturday when we signed all the paperwork. She asked me if I knew Michael before and I said no, I met Michael for the first time on Thursday. The experience was so relaxed and friendly she thought I knew him for years. That didn't mean he didn't give me a great price. He worked within my budget to make it work and we ended up with a great deal. After arriving home and discussing the entire process from beginning to end with my wife we can to the conclusion that Michael was the best car salesman we had ever dealt with. I would recommend Town Audi and Micheal Condosta's services to anyone. More

My intent was to walk out of the dealership with a new car. pretty easy goal when you are in town Audi. Today, I picked the NINTH Audi that my family has driven. On and off since 1984, I have been a Town Audi customer. I have made friends along the way. From the moment I drive onto the lot, I I smile. I am met by my own "personal valet" Matther Dowell, who gives me a huge hello, followed by a "Why are you here?" and a "How is your son?" Paolo DiPaolo is my service rep now (several preceded him over the years, most all being great.) Now, living in NYC, I considered (horrors............)switching makes. Did I REALLY need such a car? The payments were more than I wanted, the car was more than I needed. I started with a 5005, took a break, went to an 8L (kids and spouse Audis inbetween) and then switched to an A4Cab....then another A4 cab....then an A5 Cab. I spoke with Anthony Riccardi, who was originally my salesman, now manager. He said, "Abigail, we HAVE to keep you in an Audi." Robert Donnoli and Roger Ziontz joined the choir. They came back with a deal that I could not say no to. So, today, I drove off the lot with yet another A5 Cab. And so far, I love it. But I KNOW that if there is ANY issue, they will help me out. As I said, from A-Z (Antony to Ziontz) I love this dealership. With NO hesitation, I have sent people there over the years. Never have I been disappointed in the way they have treated my friends. I have purchased over 20 vehicles in the last 13 years and Peggy was by far the best sales person i had ever dealt with.
