When i walked in to the dealership with my mother, the receptionist greeted with me with such friendly smile and asked me if we were Korean, which i said yes not knowing that there was a Korean-speaking sales representative. My mother is only fluent in Korean so we were thrilled to be able to understand every process. When we met up with Mr. Kim, he was our life-saver. He explained everything that we needed to know, plus, all the questions and concerns that we had that could not be answered from other dealerships. This was the best car-buying experience for both me and my mother. We are telling everyone about our visit and definitely will buy from Mr. Kim again. More

In both cases Town Audi was willing to drive my new car to me and take back the trade. I find them to be fair with the purchase price of their vehicles and when valuing my trade. In a day and age where you can buy a car from anywhere in the country and have it to your doorstep in a day or two, Town Audi is willing to work with the consumer to make the best deal for them and the dealership.
