Truly, once you drive an Audi, it's nearly impossible to have anything else! I wanted this new lease to be the A5 in Graphite with all the bells and whistles but, wasn't sure I could swing it financially. I had visited other Audi dealers and went on their websites but, the numbers I received were frankly too much for me to afford. I told a dear friend who has been leasing her Q5's from Town and Linda; calling Linda so that I could meet with her. I literally went to Town:) I was greeted by Linda who immediately put me at ease. She was warm, engaging, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I felt as if she wanted me to have the A5 as much as I did. I told her of the quotes I had received, she did the math and came up with a number that was so eerily close to the A4 lease payments I had been making, that I started to cry. It was such a wonderful and easy process unlike I had ever experienced. Linda delivered the car to me and spent a great deal of time ensuring I had a full understanding of the cars' features. I didn't have navigation in my last car(s). Linda gave me her cell/direct line so that once driving, if I had a question, I could call her...and I did! I have recommended Linda and Town Audi to all my friends and to anyone who is even thinking of purchasing or leasing a car; the true measure of this marvelous experience clearly, miracles do happen! I drove off in the car of my dreams and will return in 2 years to meet with Linda for my next dream car, the TTS convertible! I met Linda Fowler on the sales floor and I was immediately impressed with her demeanor and appearance. She was very knowledgeable about the workings of the car although she had only been with Audi for a short period of time. I hate overly aggressive salesmen and after going through all the details and going through a test drive, she popped the question, or actually said, " I want to make you happy and see you driving away in your new Audi. Are there any other questions you may have before we go forward?" She was aggressive, but not overly. She followed up a week later to ask if I needed anymore help understanding the workings of the car and followed up six months later. I have also recommended Linda to other buyers. She made buying a car a very pleasant experience. More

He was very knowledgable about the product, and very patient and willing to help me get the best possible deal. Yada, yada, yada, the next day the papers were signed and I drove off in my new S3 that ended up being (with the same down payment) significantly lower per month than Audi's website advertised (after the deal I spoke to a finance manager from another dealer that sells another brand of cars who insisted that there must have been a mistake in the numbers because it was too good of a deal). I can't thank Russel and Town Audi enough for making this process as pleasant and quick as could be expected, and getting me into the car of my dreams for such a great price. I will definitely be back at the end of the lease to do everything again. More
