He was very relaxed and easy going from the beginning which is what I first noticed. That was good because as a sales man myself I know we can come off very eager and pushy, which through the whole process was nothing of the sort. He immediately found the car I was interested in and had it sent from their sister dealer in no time. Another key point was that there was no questions pointing to getting my information and all skipping ahead in the meantime. The way the whole organization conducted themselves since I walked through the door was nothing less than exceptional. I felt like I was buying a car from people I knew a long time even though we just met. I am very pleased with Alberto for his realness as a professional and as a consumer himself.
