I purchased two cars from the Englewood Audi, which was better experience than B** and M******* dealers within few miles. Now strengths in sales and service will make Audi the busiest and yet the best one in the New Jersey Bergen County and New York Metropolitan area. More

I’ve not been to Englewood Dealership for a while now (although we purchased our Audi Q5 outright from you in 2015). This is mainly because both my husband and I are retired now and we simply cannot af (although we purchased our Audi Q5 outright from you in 2015). This is mainly because both my husband and I are retired now and we simply cannot afford your service charges (after the warranty period packages we bought were exhausted). In addition to your inflated prices (I presume to cover your overheads), I also found out that you no longer have the team of courteous and professional personnel; who used to run your front office, pre-pandemic era. Instead now (as I had the misfortune to encounter this time) you have customer representatives/managers who are at best; inattentive and at worst rude and not honest with the customer! I bitterly regretted my decision to bring my car back to the Englewood Town Audi on Monday. Not only was I charged $4,120.93 for a a partially flooded battery compartment (which I think was outrageously over priced), I was given the run-around regarding when I could collect my car! Without exaggeration, I would have called about 9-10 times (within a span of two days), to get a simple answer when my car would be ready for pick-up. In the course of these calls, i was rudely spoken to, given false information. and put on ‘hold’ for 10-15 minutes at a time, just to hear the message: “the person you are looking for is with another customer or he’s gone to lunch”! I had no intention of ever having anything to do with your dealership in the future and was not interested in writing a factual review. But after seeing your link in your txt to me, I thought of reversing my position and let your management authority know the quality of the dealership you are running. It used to be place of trust and dependability albeit with high costs - but now, you don’t even have that! If you want to attract customers back to you; try not to inflate prices to the level you are doing now and try and hire employees who are professional and truthful in their dealings with customers. In an era where the cost of living is skyrocketing and people in general are stressed and worried about their finances, it would be nice if dealerships like yours behave in a more humane manner! More
