Michael Condosta + Town Audi = TOP NOTCH! My husband and I are loyal to the Audi brand; this is Audi #4 for our family. However, we did not care for how other Audi dealerships dealt with their customers (we live in Mahwah, NJ). We preferred to make the trip down to Town Audi simply because of the way they treat their customers with respect and care... and we were completely satisfied, yet again with these folks. Michael Condosta made the entire experience so pleasant (and he's hilarious besides... "I'm on it!") He worked with us to get exactly what we wanted and moved quickly to make it happen once we made a decision. Even though the dealership was very busy the night we went to pick the car up, which resulted in a longer-than-usual wait, they made us feel "special" and I watched them do the same with everyone in the showroom at the time. Thank you Town Audi and Michael... we'll be back! More

For our last, recent purchase we worked with the sales representative, Michael Condosta, whose advice, guidance and personal energy greatly facilitated the process of trading in our old Audi and purchasing a new A4 with which we are very happy. Over time I found several Allroads which fit the bill, but the dealer wouldn't ship them- they all told me I would be better off arranging it myself. I tried completing an online questionnaire for auto transporters and was quickly inundated with calls, texts and email offers to pick up my car. Having never done it I was intimidated by the deluge of calls and offers and decided to keep shopping until I found a dealer who would ship a car for me. Within a week of I found my car at Town Audi in Englewood and Michael Condosta was extremely helpful arranging everything. The price was good and Michael kept me informed all the way through the process of purchasing and transporting the vehicle. I discovered that it had no manual and only one set of keys upon arrival and Town sent both out immediately. Actually the only problem with the whole transaction was that I had one week between when my temporary NJ plates and inspection expired and when my permanent NY ones came, luckily I have another car. Overall mine was a very positive experience and I would recommend Town Audi and Michael Condosta in particular. More
