Great Customer Service My fiancé and I were looking into new small to mid-size SUV’s. Once I was set on an Audi we visited a few in neighboring towns, with our last being To My fiancé and I were looking into new small to mid-size SUV’s. Once I was set on an Audi we visited a few in neighboring towns, with our last being Town Audi. We originally met with Tommy who was so amazing to us, however at the time we were not ready to fully commit. He said no problem and to let him know when we were ready. He did not press the situation at all, and I appreciated that. A few months went by and we were now ready to make our move on the car and we did not question about going back to Town Audi to give them the deal. That is when we met our sales rep. Michael C. Michael is a true salesman as he not only makes sure the deal goes through but also checks in to see how you are doing with your new car. We plan to stick with Audi for our future car’s/SUV’s and it will be a no brainer to go back to Town Audi! More

Michael Condosta + Town Audi - Best Experience I have purchased many cars till now and this is my second Audi A6, but this by far was the best buying experience of all. I got the car details from T I have purchased many cars till now and this is my second Audi A6, but this by far was the best buying experience of all. I got the car details from Town Audi website and inquired about the details. Michael immediately contacted me and gave me all the car details. The negotiations were quick and I was able to get a great price. He did not waste any time and gave me the numbers quickly. I had never seen the vehicle till the day I went to sign the papers. When we reached the dealership the car was nicely detailed and ready for test drive. Michael had the documentation ready in advance and we were done signing all the papers in 15 mins. He also took my existing leased Infiniti and returned it to the Infiniti dealership. We were quickly out of the dealership with the new car after getting details on settings of the car from Michael. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Michael and Town Audi to our friends. Audi - First timer - Great experience I frequently purchase vehicles for my business and most of the time I do not have a great experience dealing with the dealership's sales person and fi I frequently purchase vehicles for my business and most of the time I do not have a great experience dealing with the dealership's sales person and finance manager. It's usually a battle and an annoyance as soon as I start the buying process. I walked into Town expecting the poor customer experience I've become accustomed to. To my surprise, my experience with Town exceeded all expectations. Michael and Steven deserve this 5+ star review. I went to Town without an appointment. A few minutes after walking into the dealership, Michael greeted me and allowed me to test drive a Q7. No hassle and no pressure. After returning to the dealership, Michael was very accommodating and allowed me to hold a previously scheduled telephone meeting in his office. When my meeting was finished, we discussed a lease and easily negotiated a very fair price for the vehicle. I knew it was fair price because I received a prior quote from another dealer day before. Michael also offered to deliver the vehicle to my office which was over 70 miles away from the Town dealership. On the day of delivery, I received a very pleasant surprise! Steven had arranged for me to receive the Q7 I wanted with a few additional options (vision and wheel package) for the same negotiated price. That was outstanding! Thanks for everything guys.
