After my test drive we couldn't get to an agreement on price with a different manager that was assisting Syed, so I went home and was considering my other options. The next morning, however, Steve Stoop emailed me (possible automated email) to follow up and when I replied he had responded very quickly and was willing to further negotiate simply via emails. This was a BIG PLUS and considerate of my time. Other dealerships I have worked with in the past were never willing to do this (they will only try to sell/negotiate in person. It's 2017 people - get with the times!). We came to what I felt was a fair deal and I returned to the dealer later that day to place the deposit. Picked up the car yesterday and am very happy with it so far. More
