This was my first scheduled maintenance appointment, which I was told may take about 2 hours. The service team was very prompt and attentive. The car was washed clean upon delivery. I didn’t purchase the car from Elk Grove Audi, but I noticed here offered a more boutique approach to the customer service which is more appreciated for me. I would definitely recommend Audi Elk Grove for both sales and service. More
