This is the 2nd new Audi I have purchased from Elk Grove Audi with Gunther's very able assistance. The first car was an S5 which I ordered and waited 9 months for delivery. This was the standard delivery time for the S5 which was in very short supply and Audi had limited production. Gunther stayed in regular contact after he helped me through the selection of options including color choice for the exterior and interior. When the car arrived it was even better than I expected. It is now 4 years later with almost inconsequential issues. That experience led my wife and me to talk with Gunther about a new A6 to replace our old A6 which Elk Grove Audi had been servicing. We ordered the car because Gunther could not find one equipped the way we wanted anywhere on the west coast. The wait this time was only 3 months and when we picked the car up on the 24th of October, 2013 it was exactly what we wanted. Dealing with Gunther was a pleasure. He has been fair and honest in all of our dealings and goes out of his way to keep in contact and satisfactorily resolve any issues that arise with our autos. More

After 9 years, was finally ready for a new car. Explored options with Mercedez, BMW, and of course fell in love with the Audi Q5. Usually you dread waiting around for hours while the negotaions and paperwork is complete. This was painless and smooth through the internet, email,and phone calls. Mike was always very professional and found me the car with the specs I was searching for while also helping me keep to my budget. My car was here from abroad within 6 weeks. There was no pressure at all. Heck, they even had the car delivered to me 90 miles away! That only took about 15 minutes of paperwork and I was good to go! The car has so far met all my expectations and beyond. It was a great experience working with Mike and I would definiltey recommend to future buyers for strong consideration. Thank you Audi! More

My first experience with the dealership and Guenther was in 2006, when I lucked into a great deal on a ferrari red A6 with all the bells and whistles. I was impressed with the entire operation - courteous, accomodating (I live 90 minutes away from the dealership), and very professional. I particularly appreciated that Guenther allowed the product to sell itself, and that negotiations were never pressured and were conducted in a respectful atmosphere. Over the years, I had the A6 serviced exclusivley by the dealership and could not have had a better service advisor than Jeff (not sure why Jeff is listed as Matt on the rating survey...). Jeff could easily take the place of your best neighbor - easy going, quick to help, and knows what he is doing. Given the distance I live from the dealership, he always made sure a loaner was available to me. I hope he knows how appreciated that is. So, time passed...Guenther and I got older, as did my original A6. When the time came to "retire" the A6, Guenther and I worked together last weekend to "relieve" the dealership of a new A6. All the bells and whistles again, and boy howdy how the technology has changed! Again, about 20 minutes of negotiations (no secrets, and nobody fooling anybody), and some final price adjustments to make everybody happy. I will look forward to seeing Jeff with the new A6 for its service, and letting Guenther think he can convince me to move up to an R8 (but only in red, right Guenther?). More

Received a follow up call a few days later just to see if I had any questions. A few weeks later I decided to make an offer on the car via email. I received a follow up call from Ralph letting me know he was working out the proposed offer, after a few back and forth offers we agreed to the price and I came in the following day to make the purchase. Ralph was not available and I was assisted by Gunther who saw to every need or question we had. No pressure upgrade selling from either the sales or finance team, and since I had already taken care of the financing, our total time spent completing this purchase was about 90 minutes. Very happy with my overall experience. More
