I wanted a white Q5 and Josh found one for me! We had not even met and he went out of his way to secure the car I wanted and got it transported to Elk Grove Audi for easy pick up! Mike kept in touch with me throughout the process and if I had a question, it was quickly answered. If Mike was out that day, Josh stepped in and provided equally great service. I had some requests on delivery and they were fulfilled with no issues. Subsequent to taking delivery, Mike checked in with me a couple of times just to see how I was doing, but mainly to offer his services should there be anything I needed to fully enjoy my new Audi. Elk Grove Audi truly respects their customers and will make the extra effort to ensure that they are satisfied, even after the purchase. If any of my friends or family were considering a new car, especially of the German variety, rather than just suggest Elk Grove Audi, I'd personally drive them down to the dealership.
