My first point of contact with Elk Grove Audi was with Mike via email. He was great and answered all of my questions, so I felt well informed prior to visiting the dealership. Unfortunately, Mike was with another customer when I arrived, but has another sales rep, Daniel, already waiting for my arrival. This was the first thing that set this dealership apart from the rest. Unlike many in the sales industry who worry about their sales numbers, Mike's concern was that I was taken care of the second I got there. Daniel and I went over my preferences and test drove the vehicle. At no point during the visit did Daniel pressure me into making a decision, but was understanding that I needed time to look at other options. A week later, I decided on an Audi, but the vehicle that I wanted was not in stock, but would be arriving in a few days. Daniel made sure to keep me in the loop as far as the status of the car. On the day the car was delivered, I received an email from Mike letting me know that it would be in that day. When I got there, Mike made sure to go over all the features of the car, to the point that I did not need to look at the owner's manual when I got home. Now here is where Elk Grove Audi really stood out from the rest. I had no way of taking the new vehicle home since I had to drive my current car back, so Daniel came in on his DAY OFF to help drive one of my cars, 25+ miles, to my house. I would like to commend Mike and Daniel on their excellent customer service and would highly recommend anyone considering an Audi to work with either of these individuals. Definitely a great experience and looking to work with them again in the future. More

I was looking for a vehicle online and contacted him and he provided me excellent information and service, and even when my plans changed to another vehicle, he was quick to accommodate and start working with me over the phone to earn my business. I live quite far away (over 100 miles), so for me to take my time to drive up there, I needed to have everything in place for the most part, and w/ Wesley's help, Elk Grove Audi held up their end of the bargain. Upon arriving at the dealership, I experienced courtesy from all members of their staff and immediately knew it was going to be a seamless transaction. From start to finish, I was given a lot of courtesy, respect, professionalism, information and friendliness. We went through all the required steps to make the deal and I was guided in a way that earned my trust and business. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Elk Grove Audi in the future, as they not only sold me a high quality vehicle but also provided me top quality service throughout the process.
