We came this time to look at cars so my wife an I could order one in a few months. I drove a Patrick's demo car, which he had been driving for the last 8 months, which they were now selling. I fell in love with it and thought seriously about buying it, even though I was originally set on buying a new car. It took over 10 days and several visits with assistance from Guenther and Wesley to finally decide to buy this car. Through all the visits and discussions, I never felt pressured nor did the guys ever act like I was wasting their time. My wife will still order a car in a few months and we will order it from Elk Grove Audi with Guenther's assistance. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy an Audi to buy it from this dealership. Jerry Sypkens gave me a great deal right away, gave me the best finance rate i can get through my bank a better rate than audi finance wow, he did not waste my time and told me right away what i can get the car for. I drove to 3 others dealers, nobody was able to match the price. Rachelle Saites, the finance manager, explain me everything about Audicare, extended warranty and extra protection paint for the car, no pressure from her, explain me every details of the contract, she is very professionel and efficient. I m thrill of the buying experience, i will do it again without a doubt. I m a regular 37 years old guy, who does not dress up for the part, wear dirty jeans with a casual hoodie, it did not matter, they help me right away and gave me the best service ever.
