Upon email I was immediately contacted and within 2 days we were finally able to make it over to the dealer to test drive. Mike Fallis was great to work with, no hassle buying experience. Needless to say we purchased the Q7. Some things that can be improved is the time it takes to complete a transaction. I realize that all options need to be disclosed to the buyer and that takes time but there must be some way to shorten the time. Since we had purchased the car late on a weeknight we did have some issues once we were able to do a complete walk through at home during the day. One thing that was a draw back for us was the cigarette smell in the car along with ashes, not sure how that escaped the service crew. We contacted Audi and there was no issue, made an appointment and the service department took full care of everything. Since it did take a few days we were also given a courtesy car which we appreciated. Thank you for treating us as a valued customer and hope to receive the same in the future. More

They had a Q5 in the exterior color I wanted in stock, but it did not have the interior color or all of the accessories I wanted. My wife and I drove down from Chico to see the vehicle they had, planning to order what we wanted. Vince was very knowledgeable and after showing me the interior color I thought I wanted, we starting talking about the Q5 they had in stock. Vince and the management provided the accessories I wanted and priced the vehicle fairly. In addition I was given a fair price for the CUV I traded in. We happily drove our new Audi Q5 home that evening. I appreciate the knowledge and the professional manner in which the entire staff conducted themselves. More
