No hassle buying experience Found the best deal online for a Certified Used 2013 Q7 at Elk Grove Audi. Upon email I was immediately contacted and within 2 days we were finally ab Found the best deal online for a Certified Used 2013 Q7 at Elk Grove Audi. Upon email I was immediately contacted and within 2 days we were finally able to make it over to the dealer to test drive. Mike Fallis was great to work with, no hassle buying experience. Needless to say we purchased the Q7. Some things that can be improved is the time it takes to complete a transaction. I realize that all options need to be disclosed to the buyer and that takes time but there must be some way to shorten the time. Since we had purchased the car late on a weeknight we did have some issues once we were able to do a complete walk through at home during the day. One thing that was a draw back for us was the cigarette smell in the car along with ashes, not sure how that escaped the service crew. We contacted Audi and there was no issue, made an appointment and the service department took full care of everything. Since it did take a few days we were also given a courtesy car which we appreciated. Thank you for treating us as a valued customer and hope to receive the same in the future. More
