Our appointment was at 7:30am for a tire alignment, oil change and a recall. We did not leave the dealership until 12:30. We drove an hour to get to this dealership then waited 5 hours in the waiting room change and a recall. We did not leave the dealership until 12:30. No one notified us beforehand that we would need the charging cable for the recall, so they could not even complete the recall. After driving an hour and 5 hours later. Very disappointing. More
