Our appointment was at 7:30am for a tire alignment, oil change and a recall. We did not leave the dealership until 12:30. We drove an hour to get to this dealership then waited 5 hours in the waiting room change and a recall. We did not leave the dealership until 12:30. We drove an hour to get to this dealership then waited 5 hours in the waiting room for our car to get done. No one notified us beforehand that we would need the charging cable for the recall, so they could not even complete the recall. After driving an hour and 5 hours later. Very disappointing. More
