This was my first time visiting this dealership now that it was separated from the other one on Airways Blvd. I was annoyed that I had an 8:30 am appointment and did not get anyone to even talk to me until it was separated from the other one on Airways Blvd. I was annoyed that I had an 8:30 am appointment and did not get anyone to even talk to me until 9:30 am. I understand that it was busy but someone should have let me know that so then I could have scheduled for later or another day. The girls at the front of the dealership we not friendly at all. The young lady who helped me apologized for the wait. She was the only person who was friendly my entire visit. I was there for 5 hours for an oil change and the car air filter change. More
