The service consultant was great she was friendly and attentive to my needs. I was there for a promotion price but when recommended the additional service. I was told I was not able to use /combine the attentive to my needs. I was there for a promotion price but when recommended the additional service. I was told I was not able to use /combine the discount coupon that was sent to me , which I was confused because the coupon failed to mention no combined discounts as matter of fact all discounts showed on the same flyer I was trying to add wheel alignment but they wouldn’t accept it . But I got my flyer back with rest of discounts and only the spring travel package cut off . Which technically I would just need to make another appointment and get the discounted alignment ? Why not just take care of it since I’m already there ? Also when I picked up the vehicle I was disappointed that there was no wash done ? Not sure if they don’t do it anymore ? I understand it’s a courtesy but I was never told about it on why it wasn’t done or that they were not doing them at the beginning of my service , other than that, great service ! More
