This is the best dealership I have ever used. Dealership often get a bad rap for being expensive, and some are however Audi of Eatontown is truly a cut above the rest. What makes them amazing Dealership often get a bad rap for being expensive, and some are however Audi of Eatontown is truly a cut above the rest. What makes them amazing is the caring staff and excellent level of customer service. Recently I took my Q5 to a 15-minute oil change place and ended up with a HUGE mess on my hands. The tech who was new mistakenly drained my transmission fluid (instead of the oil) and then proceeded to flood my engine with new oil on top of the old. Long story short I towed this mess to Brian Howarth of Audi in Eatontown, and he immediately came to my rescue. He was such a champ helping me fight to get the damage repaired and did an outstanding job vetting the issues of getting my car restored back to its original condition. Thanks to Brian my car was undamaged and restores to its original condition. I also want to call out Brittnee Ramos who is the other superstar at this dealership. Although she was on vacation when this went down, she has on numerous occasions been an absolute superstar when I've needed work and advice maintaining my vehicle. Both Brian and Brittnee are knowledgeable dependable and true professionals in every sense of the word. They provide exemplary customer service and do this dealership a great service. As long as these two superheroes remain at Audi of Eatontown, I will never go elsewhere. Thank you so much for providing a place where getting your car serviced is an absolute pleasure.
