Had to drive two hours from Austin, as dealers there could not get us in for service for 5 months, crazy!! Audi Dominion got us in next day! From first phone call to same day service we were treated w could not get us in for service for 5 months, crazy!! Audi Dominion got us in next day! From first phone call to same day service we were treated with care and concern. EXACTLY what you hope all your customer service experiences will be! David Pfaff, Asst. Service Manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome after our long drive, even offering nearby restaurant suggestions. He checked in with us throughout our day and made sure our service was handled same day. We will be making the drive back again the next time we need service, it was well worth the drive! More

Do not purchase the extended warranty, you can’t get a refund. They have been holding our money hostage for more than 6 weeks. Said the warranty company sent them the check, they didn’t know how to send refund. They have been holding our money hostage for more than 6 weeks. Said the warranty company sent them the check, they didn’t know how to send it to us. Charged us $300.00 cancellation fee? Now they saying sent the check back to warranty. I repeat do not purchase this warranty. Audi this was not our first rodeo with purchasing an extended warranty, it definitely seem like yours. Send us our refund. BJ Larry More
