ALL aspects of YBH/Audi Devon have historically been terrific, but the service center shines front and center. I recently had a rather complex set of circumstances with a vehicle that was "just" out of terrific, but the service center shines front and center. I recently had a rather complex set of circumstances with a vehicle that was "just" out of warranty from a mileage perspective and more so from a length of ownership reference. They could have easily said "sorry, it'll be $$$$..." but instead their complete diagnosis and suggested remediation was above and beyond and saved me some serious $$$! This is how they roll! Keep it up folks! More

I am very happy with this dealership - I appreciate the convenience of making service appointments and having my car picked up and dropped off and left with a loaner vehicle. Very convenient. The only concern I had with my last visit, is the car was returned to me with the underneath left, front spoiler scraped up and I know I didn't do that, being it is a lease, I do not want to be held accountable for the damage to the vehicle.
