We bought a Q5 pre owned only to find the rear privacy cover was missing and the sun rook squeaked. The dealership won't replace the cover and they want $600 to modify the sun roof to stop it squeaking. W cover was missing and the sun rook squeaked. The prices for parts were outrageously expensive. Headlight replacement at over $3k is price gouging. Had two tires installed and they didn’t even add the right air pressure or reset the sensor. I had to reduce pressure in one tire and add air to the other plus set the sensor. It’s the small things at these prices that make you very critical of a dealer. More
