This dealership was not aware the recalls or extended warranties on their cars. There is a defect in the car which audi is aware of but this dealership had no clue. Very poor customer service. More

This customer had an extended warranty on a particular part that was expired. Audi will not extend an extension. I explained that in detail to her and also offered a complimentary state inspection, emissions, and oil change. Still not good enough. Joseph M. Kranz Service Manager

An extended warranty on a mechanical failure in a car? Audi is aware of this mechanical failure and Audi Devon is not aware of this. Audi Devon should be aware of every recall/mechanical failure and make sure their customers are driving a safe car! Offering me a complimentary oil change and inspection will not fix the mechanical failure that Audi is aware of.

Joe, I think the SAFETY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE "GOOD ENOUGH" and I would just like to add that Volkswagen RECALLED all vehicles with the same malfunction for the safety of its customers! "Volkswagen is recalling 679,000 U.S. vehicles sold since 2011 that could roll away because of an electrical issue." VW says there are no reported injuries related to the recall. The recall covers the company’s Jetta, Beetle, Beetle Convertible, Golf, Golf Sportwagen and GTI models from 2011 through 2019. https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2018/RCONL-18V464-6159.pdf SHAME ON YOU! offering an extended warranty on a known mechanical failure! I will continue to wait for my reimbursement and pray that no one gets killed or badly hurt due to AUDI's negligence and have a class action suit coming your way.
