Recall issues resolved, tires nearing replacement and validated with a video. That was awesome. I scheduled my vehicle for State inspection and oil change plus a recall. I also planned to wait for my vehicle as I have done the previous 3 years. When I arrived the service associated advised me that the recall could take at least 5 hours. I was never told that when I made the appointment. The Service professional advisor suggested I take a loaner and return the following morning personally I didn't plan for a 2 day event. When I returned the following morning my car was still not completed. I had to wait almost 3 hours. The advisor stood on his head to keep me informed he even offered to buy me lunch. More
