Lacking the extra care I expect from Audi Don't get me wrong, the people here are lovely, friendly, and accommodating. That being said, we recently purchased a 2016 Certified Q5 and shortly a Don't get me wrong, the people here are lovely, friendly, and accommodating. That being said, we recently purchased a 2016 Certified Q5 and shortly after the sun roof began to rattle, which was surprising. It became disappointing when we took it in and learned that this is an issue Audi knows about, but fine - things happen. We live about an hour drive from the dealership and made the drive to have the repair completed. We were given a fantastic loaner, which we greatly appreciated. A day or so later the car was ready and we picked it up. shortly into the drive on our way home, we realized the issue wasn't fixed. I feel this is something the dealership would have and could have detected if they checked their work after they completed it. We were then informed that it was possibly a 2 step process to fix the roof. If the first fix didn't work, they would replace the entire roof. Not ideal to have to drive back again, but fine. We were given another great loaner. They offered to drop our car off to us this time, which we really appreciated. Our car arrived the day we were leaving the country for a few months. I didn't think I would need to inspect the car upon its arrival, so we thanked the Audi employee and went about packing. Later when we parked our car, I noticed there were black, dirty hand prints all over the inside roof of the car from replacing the sun roof. They are stains I couldn't remove with interior cleaning wipes etc. I feel there is a lack of quality control after work is completed and I find that disappointing considering everything else about the dealership is great. I didn't have time to call the dealership yet again before the leaving the country, but will now need to deal with having the inside of our car properly cleaned when we return from our trip. While I feel everyone there is well intentioned, I would like to see more attention to detail in the future. More
