Excellent service and facility. I came in for a malfunction indicator. I was offered a loaner but declined. My rep, Kyle, kept me informed of the diagnosis and the progress. The wait I came in for a malfunction indicator. I was offered a loaner but declined. My rep, Kyle, kept me informed of the diagnosis and the progress. The waiting room was spacious. The problem was identified to a TSB, it was fixed and software updates installed. Kyle pulled up the full history on the car, as well as my service package. The tech also measured my tires and brakes. I got the car back washed and shiny. Though I did not buy my car here, I was treated like a good customer. Their oil change quote was reasonable. excellent service of R8 went in for annual oil change and inspection but asked that they check the suspension which had been rough for 5 years. car had been serviced at anot went in for annual oil change and inspection but asked that they check the suspension which had been rough for 5 years. car had been serviced at another local audi dealer for the prior 7 years and they had told me the suspension was fine every year when i brought my car in for inspection. R8 tech at audi devon inspected car and confirmed all 4 shocks were blown and leaking. obv the chances of this happening all at the same time close to impossible. given i just drive ~2k miles a year. They took care of a very expensive repair and also coordinated with the fidelity extended warranty provider to minimize my headache. will only bring my car here going fwd. More
