However, before winter snow and cold arrived, I wanted the dealer to check fluids, battery, tires, brakes and over all condition so I would not have a problem that might have been avoided. Service was completed in a timely and professional way. A potential proble was identified and can be addressed next spring. Very helpful. More

Hands down the best around! I am not one to write a review however, when it comes to Audi of Devon there are not enough words to describe how great this location is. I purchase a used Audi A6 And from the start i needed to rebuild the whole bottom end.( That storys for a different time and no I did not purchase the car from Audi of Devon. ) point being they went abouve and beyond and got all the work coverd for me i had to purchase parts.) upset it was not all covered but thats what I get for my lack of investigation prior to purchasing. They did the car and gave me a loaner . I once went to another dealer for an oil change no mention of cost I just assumed it be the same price across the board and the person checking me in gave me no inclination of price. Come to find out the oil change was 100 dollars more than Devon. BUYER BEWARE do your due diligence all dealerships are independently owned and well this place sure took location to its advantage. Point being the one and only place i will ever go is Audi of Devon. I recently had to have my fuel injectors replaces and once again they fought for a discount and it was received. The work was done in a timely fashion as it always is and the loaner was beautiful. In closing, if your not taking your car here your making a mistake.! Anything Audi, needs to be done in Devon More

It is nice to see your name on the monitor, proving that you are at the right place and the right time. Then, once you walk into the “Holding tank” for the next customer, you are greeted by someone, stating that they will be with you momentarily. I was fortunate to have Bill as my Service Manager. He reviewed my requests for services, and also reviewed my vehicles history and made any recommendations. He made sure that I knew how to work my Loaner car, and saw me off and out of the garage. He called me a couple of times throughout the day to give me updates. When I arrived back after hours, Bill was still there and made sure that I knew about all services performed on my TT. He settled up and I was on my way. A few days later, Bill called to see how the TT was running and if my experience met my expectations....Overall, this was Excellent Customer Service. More
