Charging for a clean up of the center console area Service has always great. Customer care and focus on the customer has always been exceptional. This visit was for my 10K servicing on my 2019 S5. I as Service has always great. Customer care and focus on the customer has always been exceptional. This visit was for my 10K servicing on my 2019 S5. I asked the young man who took care of me (Bobby) to try to unstick some of the buttons on the center console, as my granddaughter had spilled a drink on it. I was told when I picked up the car that evening that they cleaned it up as best as possible without doing anything else. Then I was handed a bill for 82.00 for the cleaning. Really? I’ve been going to YBH and migrated over to Audi of Devon, a customer of theirs for 19 years. I was surprised I was charged for do something I could have done myself in 2 minutes for free. More

Excellant I noticed that the sunroof or rear window was hissing while driving.
