Poor & disappointing So I have a 2019 Audi Q7 which I love. Unfortunately, early on I started experiencing a squeaking noise from the brakes when in reverse. Dec 18 servi So I have a 2019 Audi Q7 which I love. Unfortunately, early on I started experiencing a squeaking noise from the brakes when in reverse. Dec 18 service came about and I was told there was a recall re brakes. They replaced something in the service and I had no problems for a few months. I had to report the problem again in April and I was told to wait for next service. Reported it again in Oct/Nov when I went back for oil. Service came about and I was told it was just one of those things and to try and keep the wheels clean to avoid build up of debris on the brakes. Seriously!! As a matter of fact I hold a car wash pass with local car wash company and have my car washed at least 3 times a week. Even if I didn’t I do not think it is acceptable to say wash a car more. The value of the Audi Q7 and you guys can’t fix squeaky brakes. My husband has a Range Rover and if there is the slightest problem his service Centre by comparison are immediately on it and get it sorted ASAP. I am very disappointed. I also had a call from one of your representatives last week asking how the service was. I told her about my experience but nothing happened following the call. My lease expires in approximately 18 months . Will I buy an Audi next time , not sure . Will I buy a service contract the next time definitely not! More

Apply car play issue Since I bought my car, I have seen an issue of the MMI not working correctly. I went to the service center and after I got it back but still it showed Since I bought my car, I have seen an issue of the MMI not working correctly. I went to the service center and after I got it back but still it showed the issue. I called 3 times and no one helped until I had to get very angry. Again I left the car and they did a reset on the car but still the issue is persistent. When my call disconnects, the screen either blacks out or the volume goes away. This is an issue and has been told to me that this has a pending solution. That’s not helpful and I am still having issues. More
