From the initial shopping on line until the completed paperwork, Karl was on top of everything. There was a slight issue with the payoff of my Nissan Rogue and when I spoke to Karl about it, he said that paperwork, Karl was on top of everything. I scheduled my vehicle for State inspection and oil change plus a recall. I also planned to wait for my vehicle as I have done the previous 3 years. The Service professional advisor suggested I take a loaner and return the following morning personally I didn't plan for a 2 day event. When I returned the following morning my car was still not completed. I had to wait almost 3 hours. The advisor stood on his head to keep me informed he even offered to buy me lunch. More
