My first ever negative experience at Audi Devon in 4 years. Customer service was not the same from someone not identifying the parameters of the recall with me at the time of scheduling the appointment, years. My service advisor was very rude and ignorant and my problem with my car was not fixed so I had to take it to a different dealership.
