Very good service. Bill F. was very helpful. I've been taking my cars there for service since 2019. Never had an issue with the work performed. Never had to go back for Bill F. was very helpful. This dealerships service department has been very busy lately (since COVID). You have to book service well in advance nearly a month or so in advance. Also, booking service online no longer works. After visiting several Audi dealers who had no inventory of the vehicle I was searching for, I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into Audi Devon and met Alan. They had the exact vehicle I was look of the vehicle I was searching for, I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into Audi Devon and met Alan. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for right then and there! Great experience, Alan took the time to explain the bells and whistles of my new vehicle to me. They held the car until I could arrange logistics of picking it up, as I didn’t expect to be successful the first time I walked in. Highly recommend the dealership and Alan. More
