I took my car in to get the entertainment screen fixed because it was not working. After a few hours, I was called and told that there is a recall that is open however the fix or solution is not availabl because it was not working. After a few hours, I was called and told that there is a recall that is open however the fix or solution is not available at this time. Because my car was still “driveable” i was told that i cannot be given a loaner. So over the last month I’ve been driving with no access to GPS, music, I cannot even open my own garage or change the time on my dashboard because the entertainment screen controls everything. To say this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing is an understand statement. Here’s to the next recall. More
